The visiting hours for the Zeffirelli Museum are as follows: from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The ticket office closes at 5 p.m.

Closing day: Monday.

Visiting hours of the Zeffirelli Museum may vary in the event of special events or holidays. In this case, users will be notified through this page.

The ticket office

Full price: 12 €

Reduced over 65 years and students under 18 years: 8 €
Reduced disabled with free escort: 8 €
Free for children under 6 years.

Family ticket: 20,00 € for parents and children under 14 years old
Kids Kit: 4,00 €

Visitors will be able to get a discount on the museum entrance ticket (€ 8.00 instead of € 12.00), if they meet the requirements as specified in the concessions.

No reductions are applied for the guided visits by the internal staff, guided visits to the Archive, and temporary exhibitions.

The Zeffirelli Museum and the Zeffirelli Foundation are located in the San Firenze Complex in Piazza San Firenze n.5, a few steps from Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria.

You can reach them on foot from Santa Maria Novella station in about 10 minutes.

You can also reach the Zeffirelli Museum by bus C departing from Santa Maria Novella station. The nearest stop is Ghibellina-Bargello.

Wheelchair users can visit the Zeffirelli Museum with maximum autonomy: the first walkway is in Via dell’Anguillara, on the left of the steps of the San Firenze Complex looking at the facade. The second walkway is in front of the main door. To access the first floor, where the museum is located, you can use an elevator. On each floor of the Foundation there are bathrooms equipped for the disabled.

There is a wheelchair located in the museum ticket office.

The elevator is enabled for the visually impaired.

The reductions do not apply to the guided tours on the last Saturday of the month, guided visits to Archive, or in the case of temporary exhibitions.

If you purchase a ticket to visit the Zeffirelli Museum, you will be entitled to a discount on the purchase of a ticket to Palazzo Strozzi. It’s simple: just keep the ticket used for the visit and show it when you enter Palazzo Strozzi. The discount (7.00 Euro instead of 10.00 Euro) will be applied in the same way to all those who show the Palazzo Strozzi ticket when purchasing the entrance ticket to the Zeffirelli Museum.

Soci COOP

COOP members with a valid membership card can access the Museum by purchasing a reduced ticket for €7.00 instead of €10.00.

Rete Toscana Classica

Holders of the Rete Toscana Classica Card will recieve a discount on the purchase of the entrance ticket to the Zeffirelli Museum (7€ instead of 10€).
